Mokarana honey 170g

Rich in a unique biodiversity in the world, it is not uncommon in Madagascar to discover unique and little-known trees: this is the case with Mokarana. Measuring up to 6 meters high, this endemic species conceals small green buds under its large leaves that bees come to forage. With slightly tart citrus notes, Mokarana honey is soft and smooth. It is mainly eaten for breakfast but is also excellent as a marinade with seafood. Its broad leaves of 60 cm in length are the peculiarity of this tropical and endemic tree 3m high. Its flowering begins in October for a harvest in November.
