COMPoZ - Haute Couture Beers - Raspberry Beetroot - 50cl

One of our first creations. Here, we worked with an oyster farmer from Cancale to design a beer that will pair well with seafood. We went for a land and sea pairing with hand-pressed beetroot. We add raspberry to give a tangy side that will go well with oysters or scallops. This beer pairs well with other dishes such as, for example, duck gizzards, raclette, chocolate desserts.
