Our 72% cocoa dark chocolate has a powerful taste of roasted cocoa underpinned by an intense bitterness. The Forastero variety cocoa beans come mainly from West Africa. This gourmet tablet is also composed of various fruits and seeds: hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachios and orange slices (12% minimum). We adhere to the "Cocoa Horizon" foundation, whose chocolates of various origins are made from raw materials from social and eco-responsible production subsidiaries.
