Our 70% cocoa dark chocolate has a powerful taste of roasted cocoa supported by intense bitterness. Forastero variety cocoa beans come mainly from West Africa.

 This gourmet bar is also composed of caramelized hazelnuts (12% minimum). We are members of the “Cocoa Horizon” foundation, whose chocolates from various origins are made from raw materials from social and eco-responsible production subsidiaries.
