Our 72% cocoa dark chocolate has a powerful taste of roasted cocoa underpinned by an intense bitterness. The Forastero variety cocoa beans come mainly from West Africa. This gourmet bar is also made with candied oranges (12% minimum). We adhere to the "Cocoa Horizon" foundation, whose chocolates of various origins are made from raw materials from social and eco-responsible production subsidiaries. Through this program, we contribute to a sustainable future. Store in a cool (14 to 17°C) and dry place away from light and odours.
