„Mezcal" – Wild Agave – Cirial – 0.7 liter bottle 45% | 100% wild agave – cirial variety Origin: Santiago Matatlán – Oaxaca – Mexico Producer: Koch Tasting notes: Nose: Jamaican pepper, fenugreek, linseed oil, accompanies grilled agave. Palate: initially quite sweet, the fruits arrive after a few minutes of opening, starting with citrus fruits. As the varnish fades, the minerality comes in, evoking a pebble beach in summer. The nose evolves in the same direction while keeping the complexity of the beginnings present. Finish: orange zest and leather. A very “funky” ‘mezcal’ that can be enjoyed slowly, and which proudly represents the great variety of flavors that this white alcohol can produce.
