„Mezcal" – Wild Agave – Espadin – 0.7 liter bottle 45% | agave espadin Origin: San Luis del Río - Oaxaca - Mexico Producer: Koch Tasting notes: Nose: dry and mineral, very slightly smoky. Hint of mandarin lemon. Palate: very smooth to taste and with an extremely supple texture. We find the mineral side accompanied by flavors of undergrowth and cucumber water. The finish is slightly salty. A very successful Espadin “mezcal” characteristic of its terroir. Mezcal transported by sail aboard the Gallant in 2023.
