Inspired by the popular classic cake, our Maître Chocolatiers created a very special truffle: a finely tart dark chocolate blank encloses the creamy, fruity cherry filling - naturally refined with high-proof cherry brandy. A second shell of white confectionery chocolate and a garnish of cocoa bean chips and red fruit powder complete this masterpiece. Contains 16 Black Forest cherry truffles.
