Our Vosges sweets are made by an artisan confectioner in our workshop in Gérardmer, respecting the tradition and recipes of yesteryear (cooked* in a copper cauldron). All our confectionery is organic and gives pride of place to essential oils, honeys, plants, and wild berries from the Hautes-Vosges.
