Fruit Jellies Box An assortment of 30 fruit jellies made from selected fruits: raspberries from France, quinces from Drôme Provençale, pears from Haute Provence, apricots and figs from Provence, and blackcurrants from Burgundy. Presented in an elegant collector's metal box. Our confectionery artisans perpetuate traditional know-how. The fruit, sugar and pectin are gently cooked in an open pot, thus preserving the natural aromas. After slow gelling, the fruit pastes are cut by hand and rolled in sugar.
