Small individually wrapped rose calissons. This delicate creation by Roy René is inspired by Provençal gardens where the rose diffuses its captivating fragrance. The traditional recipe is enriched with subtle floral notes that evoke the Orient. Each bite offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of finely ground almonds, the softness of candied Cavaillon melon and the delicacy of rose, all placed on a thin sheet of unleavened bread and crowned with royal icing.
