For more than 30 years, the Stanislas confectionery has been promoting products with an authentic and generous taste, and respecting family know-how.
Founded in 1988 by Mr. Alain Batt, the Confiserie Stanislas has established itself in the landscape of local gastronomy with its production of regional confectionery such as the real Bergamots from Nancy (having obtained the Lorraine label and the first confectionery to have been labeled IGP in France), as well as its range of biscuits, in particular Nancy macaroons.
Located in the heart of Nancy, the Confiserie produces about 30 tons of confectionery each year.
