In our workshop, we prepare original flavored confits to accompany your favorite dishes. Whether thyme, ginger verbena or chilli, the confits are handcrafted and made from plants, spices and 100% natural and vegan ingredients. Lavender or poppy flavored sugars, coulis fruit and fruit petals will also brighten up the preparations and amaze the taste buds.
