Pickle Chutney

The sunny days are coming, it’s finally time for the first aperitifs! 
The perfect opportunity to discover the brand new chutney collection from Confiture Parisienne. And yes, Confiture Parisienne is not just for breakfast or a snack! 
Because everything is better with jam, go for our new little white aperitif jars! 
Sunshine in a pot!   Pickle chutney is a totally regressive chutney! 
The recipe is delicious with just one ingredient.

First, we mix part of the pickles while the other is cut into cubes with a knife by our chef jam makers. 
They are then cooked together in our copper cauldrons in small batches with olive oil and sugar. 
And the chutney is already ready! 
We recommend spreading it on hot dogs or gourmet sandwiches to spice things up during lunches on the go!
