Violet Raspberry Jam

Confiture Parisienne has created a brand new collection of jams: "Les Duos". Recipes composed of two "flavors" Our little raspberry-violet marvel: a fruit and a flower Recipes that will make you (re)discover the basics but with this little "trick" in addition. And still for this collection, much more fruit than sugar (we are actually preparing fruit), unrefined cane sugar, cooking in small quantities carried out in our laboratory in the heart of Paris.
