Find the flavor of an open-air strawberry jam made in Paris in our workshop. It was harvested by Serge Constant near Carpentras in the South of France. L’Unique Fraise uses the best varieties of strawberries such as Charlotte, Gariguette or Ciflorette, selected for their taste qualities and from French crops.
