The idea for the name ConFusion came about in Bangkok when Clemens Drdla was studying “Professional Thai Cuisine” at the famous Le Cordon Bleu. One of his teachers used to say: “Fusion is ok, but not confusion.” This is how the name ConFusion came about. In 2012, Clemens Drdla founded ConFusion - Asian cooking and since then Asian cooking courses, events and much more have been offered. The ConFusion web shop and the private label products were created in 2020 and enable selected products to be sourced from all over Asia.
