Organic Indian BBQ

Our Indian BBQ is inspired by Indian street food and charcoal grilled meat and vegetables. It goes particularly well with poultry, vegetables and seafood such as shrimp. Mixed with some yoghurt and a little fresh garlic and ginger, it makes a quick and delicious BBQ marinade.
