Conservas Cachopo is a Spanish family business committed to organic farming and the production of high-quality canned vegetables. Since the mid-nineties, the company has evolved from wholesale marketing of garlic to becoming a benchmark in the organic preserves sector. Its facilities are located on the Colmenar de Oreja plateau, Madrid, at an altitude of 750 metres, covering approximately 50 hectares.
The company produces and preserves a variety of organic foods, including legumes such as chickpeas, lentils and beans; vegetables such as tomatoes and courgettes; and derived products such as black garlic and organic sunflower oil. Their preserves are made using traditional methods, without the use of preservatives or colorants, following traditional recipes and using seasonal raw materials.
Cachopo Preserves is committed to organic farming, avoiding the use of chemicals in its crops and promoting sustainable practices that respect natural biological cycles. In addition, their products are suitable for celiac and vegetarian diets, offering healthy and environmentally friendly options.
