“IL PIU GRANDE BOCATTO” We have recovered the original preparation of anchovies, just as they were consumed in Italy at the end of the 19th century. With these tasty anchovies in organic butter, we want to pay homage to the first Italian salters who, given the lack of catches on the Italian coast, came looking for anchovies at our coast, turning Santoña into "The Cradle of Anchovy". ADVICE: Before consuming, leave the tin open at room temperature for 30 minutes, this way the butter warms up and a very pleasant cream is left. Contains 12-14 fillets.
