The origins of the Consorcio Group date back to the Italian salatoris who arrived on the coasts of Santoña at the end of the 19th century in search of bocartes. In love with the landscapes and people of the Cantabrian Sea, they settled in our beloved fishing village.
Today we are lucky to be an international company, but we continue to use the same artisanal technique that we learned from the Italian salatoris. We select the best catches and take care of the entire production process so that you continue enjoying the flavor of the sea in every bite.
