We are a traditional family business located in Almansa, a Castilian-Manchego land with a great history and tradition in all its products, which are the basis of everything we do. In addition, the geographical location favors communication with any point in Spain. We are always in a continuous process of improvement and production of new products.
Our recipes are rescued from our grandmothers, who in turn are traditional from La Mancha cuisine. We use top quality raw material, virgin olive oil, red garlic, wine vinegar, etc. We do not use preservatives or artificial additives and of course we do not use water.
All the sauces of our products can be used in other dishes such as salads and perfect dressings for other foods.
Our products are manufactured under the philosophy of craftsmanship and tradition, we do not use additives or preservatives other than olive oil. And our preserves are long-lasting, from 2 to 5 years, thanks to the process we carry out to produce unbeatable quality.
