Conservas Zallo is a family business specialized in gourmet artisanal preserves and semi-preserves, attracting the best of the sea to the table since 1926. Our specialties are Bonito del norte and Anchovy from the Cantabrian Sea, always caught in season and sustainably caught with hook fishing and certified "Dolphin Safe", to ensure that our seas continue to feed us for many more centuries. We use the same conservation techniques of our ancestors to maintain the quality and flavor of a product whose texture remains as tender as the first day. Our factory is located in Bermeo, Bizkaia, one of the most important fishing ports in the world and with a history and tradition that its inhabitants still maintain. In short, we are a company that is committed to tradition, quality and flavor, seeking "the sounds of the sea".
