apple pork curry

Discover a tender recipe full of flavors!   To produce this product, we select pork meat from the Aubenas slaughterhouse 10km from our manufacturing workshop before cutting pieces from the loin.   We then add apple slices to add softness and softness. The generous & thick sauce is revisited with an “India” Curry.   We added Ardèche potatoes to the sauce to make this dish complete.    How to reheat it?   You can open the jar and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 190° or put the jar in a bain-marie.
