Do you know that every year in summer market gardeners throw away tons of fruit and vegetables because they cannot sell them?
It is from this observation, and the desire to remedy it, that the Conserverie de la Forêt was born. Our craft workshop has been located in Samois-sur-Seine, in the South Seine et Marne, since July 2021.
We have created an organic range, mainly distributed locally and in delicatessens. Social & Solidarity Company, we are in contact with the Local Mission for the employment of young people in difficulty, and we wish to become an Integration Company as soon as possible.
Our goal is to be a promoter of tasty, healthy & sustainable food, as well as an actor in waste prevention and short circuits in our beautiful region of Ile de France.
Please note, for orders outside Île de France, we are currently only shipping spreads and pestos.
