Rhubarb jam

Homemade rhubarb jam brings so many memories! Both soft and rustic, it is a real Madeleine de Proust for some of us. It is a real pleasure to spread, at breakfast or as a snack, on beautiful slices of country bread with character, or on a tasty slice of golden brioche... The glass jar and its cap can be reused to store bulk products and are recyclable.
