Parmesan carrot tops pesto

Why throw away carrot tops when you can make delicious pesto? In an anti-waste approach, we reuse absolutely everything we can at the Conserverie! So when we make our spreadable carrots, we take the opportunity to make leaf pesto. Its taste is milder than the classic basil pesto, and gives way to olive oil and parmesan to develop their aromas... A delight! The glass jar and its cap can be reused to store bulk products and are recyclable.
