Legend has it that Beer XI.I from the Lancelot brewery is a beer created on the occasion of the Celtic New Year which takes place on November 1st. Hence its name and its volume of alcohol which is 11.1% for the 11th month of the year and the 1st day. You will find its pronounced taste in our pâté and it is to be consumed without moderation!
