Our project, our workshop and our products
On the island of Oléron, we manufacture land & sea preserves inspired by local recipes but updated for a demanding clientele who love quality products.
Our guiding principle in our production is to work with beautiful pieces and homemade seasonings based on fresh spices. We crumble all our fish fillets by hand and we work with a charcuterie that is rich in meat and low in salt and fat. We work in two sizes 90gr and 130gr to adapt to customer needs.
With my team, we make our nuggets, a stone's throw from the port of La Cotinière, in our workshop adjoining our restaurant / tasting, Villa Marthe. From April to the end of September, we offer our products on land and sea to taste in the charming garden of my house.
