Thala is an artisanal cannery created in 2013.
The production is located in the village of Thala Bouzrou in Kabylia, a mountainous region in northern Algeria.
Thala selects producers on a human scale. Nothing but people to perfect our profession. From drying the tomatoes in the sun to labeling the jars, THALA calls on the Berber women of her village to guarantee optimal quality.
This manual and meticulous work allows rigorous quality control at each stage of production.
For its recipes, Thala selects local and seasonal products.
In addition, Thala does not use any preservatives or additives.
