Apricot jam "extra" box 4/4 - 1000 grams

It is a mixture, brought by cooking to the appropriate gelled consistency, of sugar and the pulp of fresh apricots. The qualifier "extra" means that the quantity of fresh fruit used in our jam is 450 g minimum for 1000 g of finished product, i.e. 45%. These jams are prepared from fresh ripe and healthy fruits, washed and trimmed. All those with defects are eliminated. They are pitted and carried in cooking with a first quality sugar.
