Preparation based on selected fresh tomatoes from Provence, washed, trimmed and seeded, fresh peeled onions, fresh green and red peppers washed, seeded and trimmed. All cooked, flavored and spiced. Use: Heat our Frita in a saucepan over low heat and serve with your rabbit, poultry or roasted, fried or grilled meats, adding their cooking juices. Also hot, mixed with scrambled eggs in butter, possibly accompanied by thin slices of Bayonne ham. Still hot, around fried or grilled fish. Cold as a starter, or even slightly chilled to start a summer meal. It can also be used to prepare delicious puff pastry turnovers called "coka". Nut values/ 100g: Val.
