These preserves are prepared from fresh, ripe and healthy fruit, peeled, trimmed and cleaned. The pears are whole with their stems and hollowed out inside. The fruits thus prepared are housed in airtight containers with a wine syrup: a mixture of AOC Côtes du Ventoux wine, top quality sugar and cinnamon. 4 to 5 fruits in the jar.
