Strategically located within the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, in the province of Málaga, Copusan has been a pioneer in the cultivation and packaging of the Aloreña de Málaga Olive. Optimal climate and environmental conditions that have allowed us to obtain the first PDO for table olives at the National level.
100% Natural Olive Preparation, without alkaline treatment, using only brine for fermentation and conservation. We make three preparations: Fresh Green, Traditional and Cured.
To package and season our olives we only use the best natural ingredients: garlic, thyme and red pepper, fusing the knowledge passed down from generation to generation with the most advanced technologies, thus guaranteeing the supreme quality of each of our olives.
