Corsica Gastronomia is a manufacturer of Corsican specialties, based in the Ajaccio region. Since its creation, it has developed a wide range of jams, terrines, ready meals, ... with the scents of Corsica. The result today is a whole range of typical and tasty products for a demanding clientele, who likes to rediscover the tastes of yesteryear and also discover unknown flavors. It is the result of a vision and a common will: to produce in Corsica, with a maximum of local raw materials (whose quality is unanimously recognized) and according to ancestral recipes (sometimes revisited).
