10-12cm approx. Ideal for a luxurious shower routine, the Arcipelago Lavata is gently exfoliating, cleanses the skin by removing dead cells and effectively cleanses the pores. Iodine, naturally present, acts on the skin leaving it soft and luminous. Hypoallergenic and antiseptic, the natural sponge, if kept correctly, does not develop bacteria or bad odours. Suitable for all skin types except very sensitive skin. Ideal to be used with any detergent. After use: Rinse well of any soap or detergent residue under running water and leave to dry in a ventilated place. Approximately every 3 months it is advisable to leave the sponge to soak in warm water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate, to wash it thoroughly. Do not boil or machine wash. The brownish color of these sponges is due to the fact that they are only washed and purified without further subsequent processing. Originally from the Mediterranean Sea and handmade.
