In Saint-Mathieu-de-Trviers, at the foot of the Pic-Saint-Loup and opposite the Hortus, Jean-Luc Saumade and Philippe Reboul cultivate three hectares of vines, in organic farming, in the most total harmony.
These two winegrowers at the end of their conversion are today establishing themselves in the landscape of the appellation as one of the areas to follow, both by the quality of the wines and by the sharpened awareness that animates their gesture in the vineyards. Wines ? Crunchy, juicy, delicate, tannic without excess, they revive the palates in search of a new breath, sometimes exhausted by the heat of certain Languedoc vintages.
