We produce sparkling wines in organic and biodynamic mountain vineyards in the Dome. Our terroir allows us to obtain aromatic wines of great finesse. We work the soils and the vines in Biodynamics. We produce Clairette de Die trad AOP, Lammergeyer, Clairette de Die trad AOP without added 'natural' sulphites, Crémant de Die AOP, unfiltered dry Muscat Pet'Nat' without dosage, Sweet sparkling rosé without sulphites added 'nature'.
