All C.Q.F.D. are made from organic durum wheat from the Ile-de-France organic durum wheat sector created as part of the project.
They are drawn with bronze to give them the roughness that will allow them to retain the sauce for a tenfold gluttony.
The dry pasta is dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, and ensure good cooking performance.
We develop pasta in original shapes and recipes that highlight local products: ravioli with Brie and Meaux mustard, goat cheese and Swiss chard, carrot top pesto, etc.
All the ingredients used in the composition of the ravioli fillings and sauces come from organic farming in the Ile-de-France or France.
