All pastas C.Q.F.D. are made from organic durum wheat sourced from the Ile-de-France organic durum wheat sector created as part of the project's development.
They are bronze-drawn to give them the roughness that will allow them to retain the sauce for tenfold deliciousness.
The dried pasta is dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, and to ensure good cooking performance.
We develop pasta with original shapes and recipes that showcase the products of our local areas: ravioli with Brie and Meaux mustard, with fresh goat cheese and chard, carrot top pesto, etc.
All the ingredients used in the ravioli fillings and sauces come from organic farming in the Île-de-France region or in France.
