Organic pasta - 01 Gnocchetti sardi (500g bag)

Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Gnocchetti Sardi are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and made in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, especially proteins. Bronze-drawn, all organic C.Q.F.D. are rough in order to retain the sauce for a tenfold gluttony. Due to their size and shape, the Gnocchetti Sardi will please the whole family. We recommend that you taste them au gratin, or accompanied by a thin or thicker sauce with small pieces (Sauces 100 to 299 in the C.Q.F.D. range)
