Organic pasta - 02 Curvi Rigati (500g bag)

Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Curvi Rigati are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and made in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, especially proteins. Bronze-drawn, all organic C.Q.F.D. are rough in order to retain the sauce for a tenfold gluttony. The shape of Curvi Rigati being quite close to that of shells, they will bring you back to childhood. We recommend that you taste them in the form of risotto, or accompanied by a fluid sauce (Sauces 100 to 199 in the C.Q.F.D. range)
