Organic pasta - 03 Fusilli (5kg bag)

Like all C pastes.Q.f.D, Fusilli are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and manufactured in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperatures to retain the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, especially proteins.   Bronze drawn, all organic C pastes.Q.f.D. are rough to retain the sauce.
 For even greater indulgence, we recommend that you enjoy them with a fluid sauce that will slide inside the pasta (Sauces 100 to 199 in the C range.Q.f.D.)
