Organic pasta - 05 Trottole (500g bag)

Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Trottole are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and made in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, in particular proteins. Bronze-drawn, all organic C.Q.F.D. are rough in order to retain the sauce for a tenfold gluttony. The Trottole have an original and particularly aesthetic shape that will give volume to your plates. We recommend that you enjoy them with a chunky sauce (Sauces 200 to 399 in the C.Q.F.D. range)
