Organic Pasta - 06 Fidanzati Capresi (5 kg bag)

Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Fidanzati Capresi are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and made in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, especially proteins. Bronze-drawn, all organic C.Q.F.D. are rough in order to retain the sauce for a tenfold gluttony. With their round shape and their romantic name (les fiancés de Capri in French), Fidanzati Capresi can be enjoyed with a fluid sauce or thicker with small pieces (Sauces 100 to 299 in the C.Q.F.D. range)
