Organic pasta - 07 Fusilloni (4 kg bag)

Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Fusilloni are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and made in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, especially proteins. Bronze-drawn, all organic C.Q.F.D. are rough in order to retain the sauce for a tenfold gluttony. Gourmet pasta par excellence, the Fusilloni will give volume to your plates. We recommend enjoying them with a thick chunky sauce (Sauces 300 to 399 in the C.Q.F.D. range)
