Organic pasta - 16 semi-complete Crozets (6kg bag)

Essential winter pasta, organic crozets C.Q.f.D. are offered in a semi-complete version, naturally nutritionally rich. Just like our entire range of pasta, organic crozets are made in our workshop near Meaux from organic durum wheat semolina grown in Île-de-France. They have been enriched with bran and are sources of fiber*. All pastas C.Q.f.D. are dried slowly and at low temperature to retain the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, and ensure good digestibility. They are also drawn in bronze, which gives them this rough texture which allows them to retain the sauce for even greater deliciousness. Organic crozets C.Q.f.D. are primarily eaten as a gratin, as in the famous croziflette, but their size also makes them an excellent salad base. *The husk of the durum wheat grain has partly been preserved and crushed, hence the browner color of the pasta. A true health ally, organic semi-wholemeal pasta is a source of fiber and protein. They are also rich in manganese, a natural antioxidant.
