The C.Q.F.D. expands with this pasta with organic legumes and 100% made-in-Île-de-France! Composed of 50% durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector in Île-de-France and 50% split pea flour, our pasta does not contain any additives or preservatives. Like all our organic pasta, the Gnocchetti Sardi with split peas have been bronze-drawn to give them a rougher appearance and respect the artisanal production, but also to allow the pasta to better retain the sauce. They have also been dried slowly and at low temperature in order to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat and legumes, as well as all its nutrients, in particular proteins. Natural sources of protein, legumes enrich pasta. They are thus an excellent base for a vegetarian, vegan or vegan dish. It is also a product suitable for children and athletes.
