The C.D.F.D. expands with the trio of Curvi Rigati Bio and 100% made-in-Île-de-France with the flavors of summer! Our trio of pasta has been made with semi-complete organic durum wheat semolina from the Île-de-France organic durum wheat sector, chard leaf purée and tomato concentrate. Then, manufactured in our workshop in Meaux. It contains no additives or preservatives. Like all our organic pasta, our trio of Organic Curvi Rigati has been bronze-drawn to give it a rougher appearance and respect the artisanal production, but also to allow the pasta to better retain the sauce. It has also been dried slowly and at low temperature to retain the authentic flavor of durum wheat and vegetables, as well as all its nutrients, including proteins. Natural sources of fiber, vegetables enrich pasta. Thus, these pastes are an excellent base for all types of diets. It is also a product suitable for children and athletes. The shape of our trio of Organic Curvi Rigati with summer flavors being quite close to that of shells, will bring you back to childhood.
