Crac and Drêches manufactures crackers (aperitif biscuits).
In collaboration with breweries from Hauts de France, we collect spent grains which are recycled and cooked with love to give good crackers 😋
But spent grains, what are they?!
Barley or germinated wheat gives malt, the malt is brewed for the production of beer and there remains the dry part of the cereal called spent grain. Dregs cooked with passion make good crackers!
Recycling at the service of the aperitif!
These aperitif delicacies can be eaten alone, accompanied by spread or with a good cheese, all occasions are good to taste them.
Five flavors are to be discovered:
– golden sesame, the perfect companion for your aperitifs, crispy and tasty, ideal to enjoy on its own, with spreads, cheese, and delicious with smoked fish and cucumber. It is also perfect as a snack or to replace croutons in your salads.
– rosemary, these small artisanal crackers will make the most gourmet among you “cracker”.
Crispy and tasty, perfect for an aperitif in summer and even in winter, with friends, to share or to taste alone to be able to eat them all.
– oregano tomato, this blend echoes the sunny flavors of Italian cuisine. But did you know that oregano was synonymous with happiness and love in Roman culture?

– Espelette pepper, a gourmet and surprising mixture. We racked our brains to reinvent your aperitif with good ingredients: flour, brewer's grains and freshly ground pepper from the Basque Country.
