With Craq en Perche, I wanted to rediscover all the flavor of the good biscuits of yesteryear. I am keen to revive the flavors of the best treats from my childhood.
I patiently make all my creations myself with passion in my workshop in Perche.
Each cookie, each granola requires preparation time, a good knack and also a lot of elbow grease!
In Craq en Perche, we find all the good products from Perche and elsewhere: the real taste of Norman butter, the creamy Gouda, the crunchy hazelnut from Piedmont, and always, the little pinch of Guérande salt which is the signature of my creations. "
